I'm sorry to hear that the Origin notifications are getting in the way of you enjoying Mass Effect on your Steam Deck. Unfortunately, Origin isn't officially supported on the Deck, so there's no real way to suppress them.
Appreciate the feedback about how Origin is running on the Deck, though. I'll be sure to forward it to the teams.
