hidden fees

hello! I'm from Russia! I buy upgrade for Mass Effect 3 (upgrade to Deluxe Editon). It cost 100 RUB. But my bank told me that i buy this for 100 RUB. and smthg from Origin for another 60 RUB. What is...

According to the invoice and Origin store price the Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Upgrade costs exacly 100 RUB. Any additional costs are most likely credit card (holding) charges, bank transaction fees, currency conversion fees or taxes and outside of our control.
