Especially on the snow planet with all the heat lamps.
Sam: "Pathfinder, it's cold. Now it's warm again. Pathfinder, it's... Temperatures back in normal range."
Drack: "I got this cool story to tell of the krogan rebellion. We were..."
Sam: "Pathfinder, it's cold."
Seriously. They got so much right with this game, but little things like that were really neglected. That and quest dependency/alignment. I just went back and improved the hell out of Eos after going through Voeld, then went and did the Moshae rescue. I come onto my bridge to see Calo and Suvie talking about how we should to back to Eos. Almost put my head through my desk.
