How to download the backstory for MassEffect2 on PS3

I am lucky enough to have two PS3 consoles - and I want to now play Mass Effect2 on my other console, as my other console that was shipped from the UK to Australia is mostly used by my sister now and...

The backstory is part of the Cerberus Pack on the PlayStation Store. It seems to not be letting game owners download it though which makes it harder than it should be considering it's free. You might need to contact EA support.
