Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
I actually managed to get the game to launch, however, I've run into another issue. I know that I have all the DLC downloaded, but for some reason I can't access all of it. Both "From Ashes", and "Omega" are having this issue. The thing is, I remember beating Omega, and I got Javik very early in my playthrough. When I go to where it says "Extra Content", it says under the "From Ashes" DLC: "You have this content available through Steam. Download it on Steam to add it to your game". It also says this under "Omega" as well. If I try to download my Steam version of the game, then I won't even be able to play it. The issue I mentioned previously, where it was stuck on "Finalizing...Installing" only stopped when I uninstalled the Steam version. So if I download the Steam version I can't even play the game. However, that's what Origin is telling me to do in order to get the DLC working. Again, I know for a fact that I had this DLC at some point, A) Because I already paid for it, and B) Like I said previously, I already got Javik added to my party, and beat the Omega campaign. If there is a way to access the DLC, that I rightfully own, without downloading the Steam version I would appreciate it if someone could tell me a way to do that.
