I can't swap weapons anymore in Single Player (Campaign) ME3
Yesterday (Saturday, 13 October 2012) I played Single Player for the first time in several months. I tried to swap weapons at the Workbench in the Normandy Shuttle bay, but was unable to do so. When I started a mission, I could not swap my character's weapons, nor the weapons of the companions (Garrus and Liara on the "Cure the Genophage" Mission on Tuchanka).
I can access the screen, I can select the weapons class, but I cannot "click" between the various weapon choices within the weapon class. For instance, I wanted to add a pistol to my character's selection. When I selected the "Pistol Wheel", the side bar showed, but nothing appeared in it, and I couldn't change anything. I tried selecting the Assault Rifles (I have the Ceberus Harrier equipped currently [Like I need any other weapon! :-) ] I couldn't change the weapon selection to view the other Assault Rifles.
I could change the weapon mods on all the previously saved weapons (i.e. changing the mods on the Harrier, or the N7 Eagle that I have Liara carrying, or the Kyrsae mods that Garrus is using), but I can't swap the weapon.

Going to ask the obvious question here, but have you tried restarting the game? Happened to me a couple of times, but when I reopened the game the bug wore off.
