infinite loading entering building

Ich kam doch gerade dazu. 

Anleitung befolgt, Alles komplett deinstalliert und ohne Internet nach Neustart neu Installiert. 

Neustart ohne Safe Mode. 

Start ME1

Nun ist es abgestürzt. 

Dies ist übrigens vorher kein einziges Mal passiert, es hing einfach nur beim Laden, sprich, es gab keine Dumps.

It is a "d3d11.dll" crash. d3d11.dll is the Direct3D 11 runtime so a part of DirectX 11.

• Hit Windows key and X.
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered.
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
• If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
• After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command Prompt (Administrator)”
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.
• Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

If no errors are found:

• go here and downland the "dxwebsetup.exe".
• Run the "dxwebsetup.exe" as administrator. (Right click the exe > Run as Administrator.)
• Reboot.
• Test.

DISM did indeed throw errors,  RESTOREHEALTH finished without errors

then tried reinstalling directX but the setup stated there is an equal or newer version already installed, about to reboot now

After the reboot, Game started the launcher, launched ME1

Loaded a save close to the facility. Tried to enter, and again stuck on infinite loading screen. I gave up about 4 Minutes in. 

The game does not crash, it just doesn't progress with the loading, so there are no crashdumps to be found afterwards either.
