I've beaten Mass Effect 1 twice on Insanity, Mass Effect 2 once on Insanity and Mass Effect 3 once on Insanity. Why won't the achievement unlock? Yes, I have the new update from yesterday 6/8/2021. I beat ME1 on insanity for the second time today 6/9, so I have a total of 4 insanity play throughs but no Achievement to show for it.
Me too, same issue. Same issue. I did ME3 on insanity first, got Insanity I. Then I beat ME1 on insanity twice, no achievement. I then beat ME2 and got Insanity II. I then beat a fresh ME1 insanity playthrough post update (no new game plus) and no achievement!
Insanity III is the only ME Legendary Edition achievement I don't have.
I'm sick to death of repeated playthroughs. ME1 gameplay is not great and is such a slog on insanity. I use to love the game for story but now I am beginning to despise the game. Its driving me insane..... Please help!
I had the same issue: completed ME1 (and got Insanity 1 achievement), then completed ME2 (and got Insanity 2), then completed ME3 (and got nothing).
So I was wondering maybe they broke this when they released the recent patch? Maybe they've changed the logic of how the games completed on insanity are counted? So I replayed the battle with Saren and Omega-4. Surprisingly, the achievement popped up after Omega-4.
Maybe that’s why they call it insanity? Same problem here tho. On my 3rd play through of ME1 on insanity now…
