Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to 100% the game so it's quite the annoying problem😅

I found a workaround at least for me on PS for insanity 2. Not sure if it would work for others but you can always give it a shot. I completed both ME and ME2 on insanity and didn’t get 2 after beating the game. Reloading the save prior to the fight with Saren also didn’t work for me. I had to take some additional steps from just beating him.There was an old workaround on last gen that I attempted and it worked. 1. load the fight with Saren (right before the second battle where he transforms)2. Complete the game3. reload the save and change the difficulty to insanity and make a new save4. Start a new game and import the character you just beat the game with 5 change to insanity while on the Normandy6. land on eden prime and make a new additional save7. reload the fight with Saren you changed the difficulty on and beat himthis got insanity 2 to pop for me, maybe it will help someone. Maybe it’s an issue where it’s not recognizing the imported difficulties across the games. From other posts I’ve read, it seems to be glitchiest when you import rather than beating all 3 games on a separate character.

Made an account just to post this. If anyone else is struggling with this achievement, follow shepardessia's advice above. I beat ME2 twice on insanity. No achievement. Went back and beat Saren three times in ME1 on insanity. No achievement. Followed the 7 steps above and boom: achievement.Thanks for the help!I'm about to start ME3 and am expecting to run into the same issue. Any idea if this workaround will work for Insanity III?

If only they could communicate about actual fixes as vigorously as they save us from big bad third party links.

Hey @Mr_Irishman, I'm seeing some indications that these may not be retroactively unlocked, but should pop if you're able to re-load any saves towards the end and re-complete the last mission. If you do have save files available that may be worth a try.

Thanks @abc1810443901. We are investigating those greyed out achievements on Xbox, is that what you're playing on as well?That issue may be contributing to some of these other situations, thanks for all the info everyone.

Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

I'm seeing some indications that these may not be retroactively unlocked, but should pop if you're able to re-load any saves towards the end and re-complete the last mission.

If you do have save files available that may be worth a try.

Do the Paramour achievements not unlock until the final missions are completed? Reloaded a save on Me2 and romanced Tali and it did award it yet, still haven't finished the suicide mission though.

Can you try loading and overwriting a save from ME1 first, then manually load the ME2 save and romance Tali again?

That should let us see if there's any change if you've updated the ME1 save since the patch and then proceed to complete a ME2/3 romance afterwards as well.

@EA_Mako Finished ME2 on insane and had the same issue with parmour II and Insanity II. My save is at the end of the game, will these eventually unlock? Or do I need to replay all again?

Thanks for the reply do you mean load my last Me1 save and save over it then replay 2&3 again or just go back to the save before each final mission?

Based on what I've seen so far, if those haven't already unlocked since the patch you may need to try reloading a save or playing through again if you don't have an earlier save game available, unfortunately.

@Mr_Irishman

I would try loading any save you have from ME1 after completing a romance there, if possible. Once that's loaded, save over it again so you'll now have a save file updated since the patch.

After that point try loading your ME2 save and completing the romance again there. You mentioned having one just before a Tali romance, so that may be the quickest to try.

Is this only Paramour related?
Do we have to replay the final mission of ME1 and get a new save after that to get Insanity 2 in ME2?
Would be great to have this pinned in FAQ

Still sorting out the various details of what seems to be working for people in different situations.

From what I'm seeing thus far, you should be able to try just replaying the last mission in ME2 for that to trigger, assuming you had a save game at that point.

That said, for Paramour it seems you don't need to complete the final mission in ME1, just load a save file and save over it.

It should be fairly quick to just load a ME1 file and re-save it even if you're just going for the Insanity II achievement, so that may be worth doing before re-playing an entire mission in ME2.

@EA_Mako Can confirm it worked for insanity 2 aswell but I tried the romance on Me3 just now and was not so lucky, at what point should it unlock in Me3, before the Cerberus base or the final assault before getting to the Citadel?
