Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

Same boat, got the recent updated, loaded my save prior to the romance scene in Mass Effect 2 on xbox, went through no achievement.

@BenignAtrocitas Also did the same, and no achievement. I'm putting off my ME3 playthrough until this is resolved... if it ever is

@MrOrange88 Same, I am playing on insanity, when Paramour 2 didn't pop my heart sank, did the suicide mission and no Insanity 2 so I have all but stopped playing.
