Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

@shepardessia When do you meassure "from the start?" Because that should be when Shepard is on the 1st Normandy as soon as you gain control.

@draconiam When I imported from 1, I was able to set the difficulty before gameplay. The same time you can edit other settings prior to playing. It was always on insanity.

Was it today that you finished the game?

If so give it some time, sometimes the servers work with some delay.

You can also try to power cycle your PS4.

  @holger1405 It was yesterday. I thought about booting it up and running through the mission again.

@shepardessia Those can be tricky, I remember in ME3 that I set Insanity on the title screen for ME3 and then when I got to the Mars Vault entry I stopped to think it was all going to easy and indeed the difficulty was on Casual.
That's why I asked if it was set when you gained control of Shepard.

    @shepardessia Man that is a game problem and not you.
    
    @felker_s indeed, that would help even if it is just a social media post from Bioware telling us that they are collecting data and looking at the issues rather than just post ME and DA gear.
