Install stuck at 90% on PS5?

That's really strange. I'd recommend reaching out to PlayStation support to see if they have any suggestions on what might be causing this. You can find more details on how to reach them over at the PlayStation support website.

I'm getting the same issue clicked to restore licenses,unistalled reinstalled etc nothing getting it to stop i even clicked restart download and it has the required amount installed to be classed as done.

I am using a character save that I had on ps4 since release aswell.

I also tried taking a picture but ur file size only allows 3072k whereas mine came out to 4989k

I own the digital version. I just started having this same issue. I played through the game once with no problems but then I went to load my data about 7 hours into NG+ and it said the deluxe edition content was no longer downloaded so I couldn't. So I reinstalled the game and deluxe content and restored the licenses. The game seemed to reinstall fine but then once I loaded it up a new installation notification popped up and immediately errored out (CE-100028-1). I was able to load my save file but when I pause the game it says "installation in progress 95%". I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game again and have the same problem. Still says 95% percent in game and I have the error notification. I have over 40GB of storage space left on my PS5. I have not tried progressing the story. I would like to finish insanity mode for the platinum trophy but I don't want to risk wasting my time if the game won't let me finish the story if the game is broken.
