Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4000 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz

Can my CPU run this game? I have everything else that is required to play the game, but when i load the game and select either ME1, 2, or 3. it goes to the splash page and loading screen and just stays there forever, i hit the windows button and when i can select the app at the bottom and click on the splash page again, it says that MELE isn't responding.
