Thanks for the help, but I don't think it's my graphics card.
ME2, Skyrim, Minecraft and Bioshock 2 and all my other games run fine, and usually the framerate for ME3 was usually around 20 with no issues. I haven't updated my driver for a while and it's using the same version as before the errors. I checked the package and on canyourunit and both said I met the requirements (I never play games that don't meet them, since I know it could ruin my laptop).
I believe is a DirectX error, as the game crashed one of the and a Direct X error appeared.
This the graphics/video card I have: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

Just wanted to add that I disablef the 'dynamic shadows' option in the graphics setting, and my framerate is back up into 20s and I have no issues interacting with things now. :D
