Lair of the Shadow Broker crash

So I know that this question has been asked many times before but I can never seem to find a actually solution to tis problem, if there is any at all.

I play mass effect 2 on my xbox 360 and it's always run fine, I've never had problems with it. I recently bought a digital copy of LotSB from the xbox marketplace and began playing immediately. The DLC seemed to be running smoothly until I get to the part where I have to get a cab to Liara's apartment. The cutscene runs fine and then the load screen comes up. It seems to load to the same spot every time then tells me that I need to clean my disk and restart the system. I've deleted and reinstall LotSB three times now and always the same results. I would be very appreciative if someone could help me.
