When I select Alliance dock to land on citadel Its play Kaiden cutsence when he was injure and have to go to CItadel for the first time. After cutscene there a loading before every thing went black but I can hear the noise like I'm in the dock.
If that don't works, the romance mode is still in the DLC folder.
Make sure Origin is completely closed.
Trash the "DLC_Mod_Gay" folder.
Test.
I'm having the same problem on my pc. How do I fix it on an hp laptop?
Repair the game. (This will purge all installed Mods.)
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
