There are serval Radeonsoftware.exe errors in your DxDiag.
Disable your second monitor in the AMD control panel > Then disconnect it from the system > Reboot > Test.
If that don't helps:
- Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all AMD components.
- Install the graphics driver and GFE. > Go online.
- Test.
Thank you for your support, but I removed the AMD driver with DDU and installed the latest version, and there will still be a black screen.
