Legendary Edition with messed up polish localization.

For ME3 this should not be a problem. 
If the game only has English audio you should be able too set polish subtitles. 

The question is if it works for the first two games. 
May I ask from were you have the information that the polish version is language locked?

Year 2021 and region locks are still alive.

That is unfortunate, but you should be able to get a international version at for example Amazon Germany or Amazon Uk. 

And what about? It will be still region locked. I want english voices and polish subtitles. End of story.

No, it shouldn’t. The key is the deciding factor not the Region you are in. (You get a polish key if you buy in Poland.)
That was at least true in the past. 

You are already in contact with EA support, you  can ask there to be sure. 

That's why I am here. I want to know who I Should blame for this pathetic localization. I WANT ENGLISH AUDIO AND POLISH SUBTITLES. There is no other words to describe it. I want them to fix it.

They will not change a regional  language lock, they never did. 

But as said, I think you can get yourself a international version without this lock, that is up to you.  
But I can’t be sure about the language options of the international version until I test it myself tomorrow.   

Still waiting for proper respond. When I can expect a fix for that. Expecting from me paying full price for half a product is pure theft.

Box with game says that I can play with ENGLISH voices and POLISH subtitles.  So who is lying and trying to steal from me?

Do you really expect them to do this? This is not a bug, or a problem that can be solved, but an intentional EA behavior.

As for me, EA should be sued for deliberately misleading the consumer.

In stores, on forums, even on boxes with the game, it says that there is a cinema version, with dialogues in English and Polish subtitles, without the information that only in ME3.

EA won't do anything, so I'm starting a fight with Sony for a refund for the pre-order. And if they really introduce the cinematic version with some patch or other hotfix, then I'll buy this game.
