Linking second PSN ID to EA account

Two questions:

1. Is it possible to link a second PSN ID to my EA account? (second ID is another user on my ps3)

2. Would this second account, if possible, have access to my multiplayer manifest (including unlocked purchases such as characters, items, etc)?
