M-3 predator unable to reach level 10

I finished playing my second playthrough but my M-3 predator level is only 7, is level 7 the max for M-3 predator or its a bug

    This is the max level for the predator.

    ok thx for the reply. But kind of strange M-3 predator max only level 7

    I think it has something to do with the weapon being given to you instead of finding it and that it doesn't level up in a newgame+ therefore.
