G'day there,
Problem:
I am unable to change a few of the companions equipment. This started several weeks ago originally on my Xbox One, and is now continuing on my Series X. Whenever I input the A button, the game freezes. I then have to go to the xbox dashboard and restart the game to be able to play again.
I have attempted hard resets, clearing caches, etc. Nothing has changed.
Any help will be appreciated.

I havn't been able to replicate the issue honestly. Does it happen with all equipment or just the ones you showed in the screenshots? Does that equipment crash regardless of who you put it on or just a specific character?
Curious what is causing it :/
Hey there,
I can't put any equipment on any of the characters that are being affected in their respective slots. I try equipping another item and it does the same thing. Each of the slots were equipped too. It's like the items were eaten.
The only companion not affected is Garrus. He's completely fine. All the others have at least one slot where I can't equip anything now.
It's been a few weeks since I've gone back to check it When I get time later today I shall.
