I didn't had the Feros: geth in the tunnels problem on my 3 others playthrough. Only thing different this time I did was offfering help to Ian Newstead at the end of the tunnel. This trigger two geths to spawn in your back. Normally, there is geth spawns on your way back but there was none this time.
