Mass Effect 2 - Physx error

hey guys

i installed mass effect 2 over a cd

then i launched it but it says that my physx verion istnt the current version

but i cant install the new version from nvidias website 

there is only the word "text" in the Box where is normaly a loading bar

i hope some one else hade the same problem and can help me to fix it

i have a amd fx 4130

r9 270x from powercolor

8 gb ram

    Uninstall the version of the PhysX software you have from  "Programs and Features"  inside the Windows control panel. (if you don't have a PhysX software installed you can skip this part.)

    reboot.

    Then go to your ME2 Game folder > redist > and run the "PhysX_9.09.0814_SystemSoftware.exe."

    reboot

    That should fix the problem. Should it not, please report back.
