Mass Effect 2 - Romance Cutscene not loading after completing main mission

 Romances after completing suicide mission do not load

   -Complete main questline

  - Choose character to romance

  - Cutscene starts fades to black nothing loads

      - Repeated this with Miranda, Jack, and Tali Romances 

Reinstall of the game no effect

Setting to Admin also no effect

me legendary edition
