Mass Effect 2- Genesis DLC won't start

I bought mass effect 2 digital deluxe on steam and when I opened the game and activated Cerberus network, it showed 4 DLCs on the little computer screen on the right side, one of them being Genesis. I have started the game 3 times, and every time I start it, Genesis doesn't work. I thought when it shows up on the screen that means I own it? How do I get it to work?
