Do you still have a problem with purchasing the DLCs?
Like @arechia mentioned, we had some temporary issues with the store, but everything should be working now.

Yes I still do I can't seem to purchase the N7 Warfare Gear, Terminus Weapon and Armor, Blood dragon
Armor dlc, Collector Armor, ME 3 Collector's Edition dlc or any of the ME 2 helmut dlc on
the xbox store. I usually get that a no buy now option screen or just an error page.

Thanks for the additional information! Like @JCEleven79 already mentioned, it's possible that these DLCs shouldn't be available in the store at all. Since it's Microsoft's store, it will be more difficult to determine, but I'll make our experts aware to see if something can be done on our end.
It might be a good idea to contact an Xbox support too. Maybe their agents will have more information.
