Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Key and other DLC issues
I have reinstalled my Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition but I cannot redeem my Cerberus Promo key, it says: This code has already been used.
Collector's Weapon & Armor DLC and Incisor Sniper Rifle DLC will not download.. when I click download, I choose language and then nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Did you register your game on the BioWare Social Network and redeem the code there as well? You should be able to see your entitlements in your account on the BioWare Social Network here:

If you did not register your game / register your code on the BSN, you can do that here:

If you have done all that and can see your entitlements in your account, but can still not download the armor and weapons, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.
