Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Key and other DLC issues

    Hi axeshag,

     

    Did you register your game on the BioWare Social Network and redeem the code there as well? You should be able to see your entitlements in your account on the BioWare Social Network here:

    https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

     

    If you did not register your game / register your code on the BSN, you can do that here:

    http://social.bioware.com/user_bw_games_register.php

    https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php

     

    If you have done all that and can see your entitlements in your account, but can still not download the armor and weapons, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.

what can new users do now that the bioware social network is closed?

    @minorians 

    This thread is 7 years old, it would have been better to create a new one.

    What is the exact problem? Do you get a Cerberus Network error message?

    Or did you purchased the game on Steam and can't find the DLCs?
