Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition - Sins of the Father quest stuck
While playing the final step of the Sins of the Father quest in Mass Effect 2, on the Follow Joran Talid step, I experienced an issue that prevents me from moving forward this quest. I followed Joran Talid through the mission and during a dialogue cutscene, the cutscene cutout/abruptly stopped and exited me from the mission. It appeared as if I was removed from the cutscene prior to it finishing.
The quest itself is still incomplete and on that same step. I’m not able to speak to the C-SEC officer at the Citadel to start the mission again and speaking to Thane on the Normandy does not help resolve it.
Is there anything I can do to access the mission or restart it?
If I were to fail the mission, would the mission complete itself in the mission logs?
