it is showing because somehow the dlc pack you had when you started playing the game is, somehow got deleted without you even noticing it or some of the files in the dlc pack got deleted automatically so all you have to do is download that dlc pack which is missing at the time and install that specific dlc pack into the game directly after reinstalling that specific dlc pack you game will load the save normally you won't have to reinstall the whole game again it is simple as that try this and tell me if it working it usually did before it worked perfectly for me after doing it
