Mass effect 2 Romance glitch

There have been quite a few posts about how the ME2 romances are glitched but that last part is new to me.
I’m a bit confuse about this glitch especially on the fact that I can hear my character moving and when I’m in the engine room I can hear the engine humming I can hear my character walking and it doesn’t go to the loading screen like you would normally do on the 360 Version of mass effect 2 and no I’m not using my 360 save file in case anyone is asking I also notice in the DLC overlord that the voice talking faster than the facial movements in cut scene
