Mass Effect 2 Samaras "Art" Option Missing From Loyalty Mission

Summarize your bug: the "ART" option is missing from the Morinth dialog wheel, like on the photo, I am not able to progress. During the search of Nef's room I interacted with the statue on the table, Morinth's message on the floor and listened all the holo diary entries. Doing everythin with Samara as well: when ask I her in the VIP area to summarize what we collected, she mentions the Art related clues. I do the 3 activities which after Morinth approaches Shepherd and during the conversation the Art option is missing thus I'm unable to go with her.
How often does the bug occur? It's the first time in hundreds of hours in ME2. BUT: it's my first time playing it in LE as well.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the LE version of ME2. Start interacting with the 3 points of interests (statue, message, holo diary) in Nef's room. Following the story until you have to try to access Morinth's apartment.

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't continue the conversation after Travel and Music and Morinth leaves. Mission failure, Samara  won't be loyal.

What do you expect to see? Being able to complete Samara's loyalty mission as before.

I play with ME2 (not the LE version) since it came out, but I've never seen this bug before. This is my first playthrough in LE version, though.

I do not have ANY mods at all.

I tried reload, leaving Omega and doing another quest and get back before doing the loyalty mission, use one of the "wrong" topics and redeem myself, all to no avail, the bug's still there.

I haven't tried save editors so far, since it's my first LE playthrough, I want it unaltered.
