In short, you need either "Texmod" (you have to find it on the Internet, I can't post a link here. Here is a guide) or ME3 Explorer.

I am surprised of that guy who put those files and didn't put instructions! So I came here to know where to put those files.
what is Texmod? and what is ME3 Explorer? isn't it for mass effect 3? but I am talking about mass effect 2 by the way.
I never modded mass effect 2.
I can't reach to the guide please look at the first screenshot.
Those are the files they can't be opened easily they arenot like the exe files please look at the second screenshot.
Can you figure out how to activate or where to put those files please?
Never mind never mind I followed this guide.
and now the .tpf file is working.
