Mass Effect 2 won't register with trilogy-xbox 360

I bought the Mass Effect Trilogy a couple of years ago but just recently got around to playing it. I heard you could get the Blood Dragon Armor in game if you registered both DA:O and ME2 to your social network profile however I haven't been able to do either. I got DA:O as a digital download and ME2 in the trilogy pack. Therefore I am not able to register either game using a UPC code like you're supposed to and its really quite frustrating.
