Mass Effect 2 won't start

Hi. I buy Mass Effect trilogy. I finish the first at least 6. Finish second too, but i cant buy dlcs. But now i can so i decide i reinstall it with english language (im hungarian). Its star fuc king lagging, like a slow motion. I found on origin a repair function, i click it. It write it repaired but after that its not start. Not even enter in the game, not even the laumcher icon revealed! I reinstall and uninstall it for days! Plus it write that some dll is missing! What fuc king dll?! Im not that smart to pissing the library! And when i want to send to EA a letter for help, i cant! If EA can send me help send it to [edit: email address removed]
