Mass Effect 3 Bonus Armor and Weapon.

I purchased ME3, played the KoA Reckoning Demo and watched the trailer, but my Reckoner Knight Armor and Chakram Launcher will not show up in my armor list in Mass Effect 3.  I would like a fix, or at least and explanation.
