Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC Trouble

Hello, how are you doing? I am having trouble with the version of the Citadel DLC I purchased. First I played it using a career that had beaten the whole game. It gave me no trouble at all on this playthrough of the DLC. After I finished it, I loaded the career I am currently playing and started playing the DLC on it. I got through the story missions no problem. When I started to do the squad members missions is where I'm having problems. It let me invite Liara, EDI, and James to the apartment, and do their stories no problem. I then left the apartment and did Javik's, Zaeed's, Kasumi's, and Traynor's stories, and bought the party supplies. But this time instead of telling me I have messages from other crew members. It's saying the only thing I can do is send invites for the party. Did I do something wrong? Thank You very much for your time.
