Mass Effect 3 crash/black screen PS3
I'm severely frustrated with this.
My ME3 game goes to a black screen during loading and locks up my ps3 forcing me to hard reset. I've tried backing my saves and restoring the hard drive, to no avail. Tried de patchesleting and re-downloading the dlc and patches numerous times, in different orders. Tried deleting extra save files, turning off auto save/upload, starting a new game. Nothing helps. The multiplayer works just fine though, which really has me stumped.
Just paid for leviathan dlc and now I can't even use it. Pretty peeved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you already tried to clear the Game Data utility for Mass Effect 3?
To do that go to the XMB and the Game menu. Scroll up to Game Data Utility and find Mass Effect 3. Please make sure that you really go to the Game Data Utility and not the Saved Data. You cannot restore a saved game once you deleted it.
Delete the Game Data Utility info for ME3 and restart the console. You can redownload the DLC via Account management – Transaction History – Download List. Redownload all DLC for ME3 including the Online Pass. Once done, restart ME3 and you’ll be prompted to re-update.
