Mass Effect 3 crashing bug during missing scouts mission

Hello,

So in my Mass Effect 3 playthrough I am encountering a bug/glitch/error with the game upon loading the missing scouts mission where the game simply crashes. Video for reference: https://youtu.be/_QD_JGemSTM. It does not matter if changing the combination of squadmates or weapons, it will always simply crash. Also doing a different mission beforehand hasn't solved that either. It appears as if I cannot do this mission at all.
