I have played Mass Effect 1 and 2 with a custom Shepard. Upon playing the third game, during the turian moon mission my custom Shepard turned into a default Shepard. The point of me telling you this is to inform the developer team about this bug in Mass Effect 3. This issue is on Playstation 4.

Community AdminAlso, can I check if your Shepard reverted to your custom face after a reload/earlier save load, or were you stuck as default Shepard going forward?
When I reloaded an earlier save, my Custom Shepard face was there. Another thing to add is that I changed my characters gear on the Normandy early on, but along finishing that beginning moon mission, all my armor customization was reset.
I unfortunately noticed that the face was different after a fee missions and didn't want to have to replay them. I know it was the moon mission as I checked back on my reloaded saves.
