Mass Effect 3: Final Hours info

Question

I've read a bit of technical issues with this, which is how I learned about it's existence.

I did some Google searches and learn what it is, and now I kinda want it.

I understand that there was a promotion that you get it complementary if you purchase Mass Effect 3 through Origin.

I do not understand the limitations. I pre-ordered Mass Effect 3 through Origin. Was that too soon?

When was Final Hours released? I can't find a date on it, except that all the content ends at about game release. I first heard about it last week when people had trouble redeeming it, but it seems older than that.

What does the e-mail with the code look like?

My inbox this would have been sent to is flooded and a few key search words are necessary. Who is it from? What is the subject? Any key words in the e-mail itself?

I didn't get the email, so I can't help you there. I did, however just purchase it via Origin; here's page for it on the Origin store:

Thanks, but I already found that from Google searching.&nbsp; I don't want to spend $3 on it if I already have a redemption code.&nbsp; I still don't understand who got the redemption codes and if I have one in my inbox or not.

Right, I found that too. So I know what to do with a code I may or may not have.

I did purchase Mass Effect 3 through Origin, so it seems that I am eligible, but I cannot find the e-mail. I also pre-ordered it, so I may have purchased it before this offer was available so that makes me ineligible. I still don't know about that.

I'd recommend doing email searches someone quoted this from the email in the linked thread: "Complimentary download from Origin". Definitely check your spam folder just in case.
