Mass Effect 3 LE Crash on Launch

Question

While playing a modded Mass Effect 3 run I accidentally cleared my Steam download cache, forgetting that it closes the currently running game. Since then Mass Effect 3 crashes immediately on launch, never even getting to the main menu. Mass Effect 1 and 2 work fine. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times through both Steam and EA Desktop, verified files on both platforms, restored the games from my vanilla backups, and even messed with the EA licensing folder which I've heard could be a problem. I've also disabled Steam and EA overlay. So far nothing has worked, help would be appreciated.

Only using windows security, no other programs

Can you attach a DxDiag?

Are you using a VPN or any type of security program, anti-virus, etc?&nbsp;

Go to your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save folder and move the ME3 folder to your desktop &gt; Test the game.

If that don't helps:

Go here.
Download the "vc_redist.x64.exe" and the "vc_redist.x86.exe" from here. (2015 - 2022) You don't need the ARM version. 
Run the "vc_redist.x86.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe &gt; Run as administrator.)
Restart the computer.
Run the&nbsp;"vc_redist.x64.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe &gt; Run as administrator.)
Restart the computer.
Test.
