Mass Effect 3 Omega DLC "Meticulous" Achievemen​t did not unlock at N7HQ even I have unlocked it at the game

Hi bartp2,

The N7HQ at social.bioware.com does have some issues with Achievements not showing up as completed even though they appear every where else. My advice (as a fellow gamer), is to go there and under the Multiplayer Forum enter it as a New Post. You are bound to find either a solution-eventually- or an answer from more elite players. I have been told that the developers peruse the forums and 'fix' minor issues when time is available ,and they are not busy with ME 4.

Thanks for reply. My problem is solved ... by itself? I've reloaded save from "before Omega", started Omega once again to earn achievement (if it was possible) and even not finished third mission (Harrot's) when the achievement "poped out from the void" (but not in game) and right now is shown at N7HQ and Main Menu/Extras/Accomplishments without loading game.

I have the exact same problem with the 'Meticulous' achievement. I 100%'ed the game back in 2013, but this is the one achievement that isn't showing up on my N7HQ.

Today, I made a new campaign (my old saves are lost to time), and went and did the Omega questline, mechanic, hacker, couch, everything. I've refreshed N7HQ several times, and reloaded saves before and after finishing the Omega quests, but still no luck.

I'm kinda hoping the achievement could just be activated manually by Bioware staff for me, as I don't seem to be able to do anything to trigger it, and already earned the achievement on Xbox.
