Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360 won't start

It reads up until just before the start menu and then freezes on a black screen. Cleared cache, all dlc, rebooted without wifi connection, even went so far as to buy it again in case it was the disc. Nothing has worked. I would love to be able to play it again, please help!!
