Mass Effect Andromeda - Deluxe Pre-order bonuses *Confusion*

So my Mass effect Andromeda Trial version won't give me my deluxe pre-order bonus, it keeps only giving me the standard pre-order bonuses. Am i doing something wrong?

I had a first save but deleted it cause I messed up did that effect anything? BTW this is Single player.

Edit* I got all the deluxe pre-order bonus multiplayer stuff , but still no Single Player stuff.

Edit* or is that we don't get to use the bonus items until launch day?

Edit* forgot to mention, yes I have met Vestra and tried the special requisitions thingie in my room but only got standard not deluxe stuff.

    You won't get the bonus items until launch day.  Go to your Origin account, right clik on MEA, show game details.  Then go to "MORE"/extra content/add on.  Your deluxe items should show up here as unlocked with a release date of Mar 20.

    Nope, they were totally useless. On all occasions they tried to get me to do basic stuff that I'd done 1000 times. I called 3 days in a row to speak to a specialist and each time they told me to call an hour earlier, but when I did they put me on hold for an hour and then said the specialist already went home, I've never been more frustrated in my life so I just ask for a refund, I didn't have the time or pacients for yet another hour phone call with someone who doesn't even know what mass effect is

    I'm on Xbox one, I played through the whole game but every time I check my desk on the quarters there's nothing

    I found a solution that worked out for me. 
    Its has probably been suggested before and tried, but i just used the mass effect launcher in the game folder to get my deluxe stuff 🙂
