Mass Effect Andromeda Content Missing On Xbox

I have tried to get a fix over and over. I just need someone to actually listen to the problem and fix it rather than telling me to call this number or that number or transferring me 500 times or opening 10 new email threads each with a different perso. On the other end of it. I prefer ordered mass effect Andromeda 03/2017, then downloaded the game and dlc that came with it once I got it. I had a great time playing the game for a long time until my Xbox one died. Dead died, end of story. So I purchased another Xbox one because I enjoyed my last one and the games I played on it, however when I installed the mass effect andromeda game on my new Xbox, it would not let me put the dlc back on it. 1. Because my old code had already been used and 2. Because my account t online e says it was never downloaded.... excuse me? I have been playing that dumb excuse for the next in the series with that stupid little hampster in captains cabin and all the clothes and weapons and other stuff for years. And now your telling me it never happened!? I just want to get the dlc I used to have. They told me to call the place I purchased it from, so I did. Best buy cant do anything with a hardcopy not digital, so they sent me to another place. This has gone on over and over on the transfers because nobody can do anything..... our ea chat is the worst. They dont even read your questions before responding and the ones that do close the chat when they think they are done so I get a new person everytime that I respond when it isn't fixed. This is unacceptable. I have been loyal to mass effect since the git go and ea is ruining it. Im tired of dealing with this and I just want a resolution. Btw you can't call corporate to get assistance either.
