  • To be honest it's very hard to give an answer to such a question without knowing how powerful your PC is and which Windows version you have.

If I see it right the CPU is a 3.1GB CPU. The requirements for this game from the official website set requirements at higher CPU power.

Not saying I'm an expert but it could be that your CPU is not handling this game. The other specs you gave should not be a bottleneck in any case.

  • During the trail period, I was a having a terrible time with infinite loading screens. I had to manually update window 10 and graphic card drivers.

They said doing this worked for people not able to get the game to work -

    Clearing dns cache -
Hold down the Windows Key and press X
    Click Command Prompt (Admin).
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
    Reboot your computer.

If this doesn't work, I would post under the other subforums.

Ha I finally figured out a workaround.  I launch in ultra then tell it to set it to low and before I shut it down I set it back to ultra before it even realizes its running in ultra

  • Hard resets/lockups like this are usually caused by AV and anti-cheat software not playing along. Have you told your AV software to exclude the whole MEA install folder?
