I own the Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition (Really, the only MEA in what was then Origin and now is EA App) since forever now.
I decided to install the game last night (which was a pain. The game did not want to download even after clearing caches from EA App and uninstalling and installing the app again) BUT I managed to install it but behold the new issue: The game loads but it won't connect to its online features.
Now, I know EA said sayonara, baby to this game ages ago but this issue starting happening when EA went from Origin (bless its soul. You will be missed, sweet summer child) to EA App (it's cursed).
People say to contact EA support but EA support it's nowhere to be found. That is, the options that they give me take me straight to "the server is ok and up" and that's it. It doesn't even let me contact a real life person to explain my issue. Like, the normal chat they used to have.
A lot of people say that they got the manner resolved and it was an issue with the transfer from Origin to the app or something about the regular version of MEA to the deluxe or something like that and having the support person delete the game from their library and install it again fixed the issue....
But I can't even contact a support human real life flesh and blood person so... yeah.
