Hey I keep getting the missing online access error when launching MEA. I've tried every solution I can find online with no success. Clearing temp files and EA app license, reinstalling the app, etc... Is there anything else I can try?
Leucian Have you set up a case with Live Support or reached out to chat to get it resolved yet? That has to be done first so that they can look at the account as they have the ability to resolve this for players.

For this it would be best to get in touch with the support team directly as they should be able to help out with these types of situations.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Mass Effect Andromeda > I need help loading my game, you should be able to open a case with the support team so they can take a look.
EA_Shepard I have the same problem, I'm playing through the EA desktop app. It was purchased on release, but last month I has a Xbox GamePass active, now it is running out. Please can you solve this problem for me. All Solution they I have found online hasn't work. Thanks for help.

Community ManagerLeucian Go head and log back into the EA app/Steam and repair the game. Log back in and test it. Let me know if it works out for you now.

Okay, I talked with an Agent via Live Support. They verified my account, fixed something regarding my email (my old email received the one-time verification code and I asked that it be corrected to the email that is listed on my account), and told me to try launching the game again. Got the error message. I then tried clearing the License folder, the temp folder, recovered the EA app, repaired the game, followed the basic connection troubleshooting steps, performed a clean boot of the pc, signed back into the EA app, and then attempted to launch the game and connect to multiplayer. I still receive the same error code as before.
Community ManagerLeucian Not all options provide a live chat. Most account issues do though because they have to verify your account with you, so when you start to create a case, if the option you chose does not, just change the options and it will.
The automated help process does not allow me to ask for live support or set up a case as each time it gives me a help article that does not work and directs me here to the forums, am I just asking for the wrong topic?
