Mass effect andromeda no pre order bonuses

Re-downloaded andromeda after several years.   Now I don't have access to the pre order bonuses

Hey e299b72727048bc9 If you play on a console, please make sure that you log in with the correct account where you actually purchased your pre-order. The bonus content will not be unlocked on other profiles.
